About the event
Tempted by Kawandi style quilting, but not interested in hand work? Let’s bring this technique into the 21st century with our sewing machines! Blast through a pile of precious scraps and make a place mat in class. We will use my favorite parts of Kawandi making – no piecing, quilting from the outside in, but skip the slow stitching.
Optional Kit fee $20 - includes backing, batting, batik fabric for top. To prepay for your kit, choose the option "Class +Prepay Kit". Choose "Class Only" if you want to purchase a kit in class and bring cash or check payable to instructor in class.
