Take your free motion quilting to the next level by adding ruler work.  Take Longarm rulers and use them to get perfect designs and precision with your quilting.  Learn what rulers work best and how to add great texture and designs to your quilts by using different rulers mixed with free motion quilting. 

Students will work on BERNINA Q-Series Sit-down Longarms

Kit Fee: $25 (Kit includes: Ruler, grip tape, drawing disc, preprinted top fabrics, student handout)- Kit fee will be added to your ticket price below. 

Supplies needed:

•2-22” x 18” backing (cotton) fabric (solid will work better)

•2-22” x 18” batting (thinner batting works better)

•Safety Pins /basting supplies

•Writing pen /pencil

•Fabric marking utensil to work with your fabric

•Free motion gloves (recommended)

•Snips or scissors

Sewing Machines will be generously provided for students by Bernina/ Hinkletown Sewing Center
