[SOLD OUT] Legit Kits: Foundation Paper Pieced

Dive into the revolutionary foundation paper piecing block approach by Legit Kits while creating a lovely wall hanging. Choose from the 15" x 20" Blue Jay or the 20" x 15" Hazy Hills. No need for a lot of preparation prior to class as awesome fabric kits containing 40 Kona colors will be provided! Kits will contain foundation papers and fabrics for the top a long with the pattern and instructions. This class not only guides you through kit organization but also leads you step by step through piecing your blocks and assembling them into a stunning work of art. Even if you’ve never foundation paper -pieced before, you’ll be thrilled with the techniques and tips Julie will share with you allowing for a successful and beautiful finish. And, you’ll have all the knowledge needed to tackle ANY Legit Kits quilt in the future!!

Class Supplies:

•Legit Kits Pattern and Fabrics Kit–$79 payable with class registration

• Add-A-Quarter Ruler

•Scotch Repositionable Glue Stick–an amazing aid to foundation paper piecing

•Flower head pins or similar–these larger pins are for organizing your sewing efficiently

• Fine piecing pins –for precisely matching seams

•Fabric Scissors AND Paper Scissors

• Cutting Mat (at least 12” x 18”) & Rotary Cutter (new blade suggested)

• A 6”x 12” Ruler– for trimming up blocks after assembly

• Sewing machines to be provided with thread and bobbins
